Dellioo is an AI-powered delivery operations platform for African businesses. I designed product workflows that bring route planning, driver coordination, order visibility and performance reporting into one operational workspace. I also redesigned the company’s marketing website to communicate the product more clearly.

01 / Route planning
Turn a demanding dispatch process into a guided workflow.
Delivery teams need to create routes quickly while accounting for dates, priorities, drivers and recurring schedules. I designed a focused creation flow that keeps these decisions together and makes active routes easy to review from the map.
02 / Operational flexibility
Help dispatchers adapt plans without rebuilding them.
Real delivery operations change throughout the day. I designed ways to import stops from existing routes, move work between plans and manage driver assignments, reducing the effort required to respond when priorities or capacity change.
03 / Live visibility
Keep the map useful without losing operational detail.
The map remains the central source of spatial context while side panels reveal the information needed to act: route status, driver availability, order progress, delivery timing, payment and activity history. This lets dispatchers investigate issues without leaving the planning surface.
04 / Reporting
Make performance visible beyond the live map.
I designed reporting views that help operations teams compare attempts, success rates and delivery volume across useful time ranges. The hierarchy prioritises headline performance before supporting charts, making the page useful for both quick checks and deeper review.
